I binge watched a brillantly kooky comedy series called Mandy (recommended) by comedian Diane Morgan and was subconciously inspired to write a flash moment of my borderline thinking.
My eyes open in confused thanks
As a loopy lupin on a sunny day
A ditzy daisy wearing green lashes
Lashes that amuse the cows for hours
Not lashes but blades
The type swiftly slashed across stressed out thigh
No!
Blades of soft grass beneath all’s feet
The feet of me confused no more
My eyes begin to crinkle as
I smile in silly-me thanks
