Open the window and see darkness
An empty nothing just
Waiting to be explored
In the moonlit forest sinister shapes
Jagged arms of trees
Guarding animals of the night
The ocean ahead leads to nowhere
A faraway horizon
To adventures worldwide
My mind is empty and numb
As it rapidly fills
With wonderful fantasies
