I first heard this beautiful song whilst playing yet another of the Kingdom Hearts videogame franchise (never too old!). It is the theme song of Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and is used as the ending theme in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. What struck me most were the lyrics and how they relate to my feelings. A song anyone can relate to regardless of any mental health issues, inner pain, indeed anyone without any problems at all can feel the emotion here.
Each time I listen I well up inside and feel safe within the heart of my husband. A man who, though struggles at times coping with me on my bad days, loves me and sticks by my side. And I likewise with him. We met at a support group for people with fibromyalgia and have now been married for fifteen years this year. People state what an “amazing couple” we are and definitely were meant to be.
